Ibis Electronics 'Enviromental' (Wayne County)

We previously had Ibis Lights and Ibis Electronics 'Enviromental' listed as two different Light Shows but on further investigation I am confident they are one and the same and just shortened their name at some point so we have removed the other entry from The Light Show Index.

That said, we do not currently know anything about who was involved, maybe you can help?
