I do know that Blind Image was run by a guy called Tim Welsh from the Vancouver area and Blind Image did shows at Club Tango on View Street in Victoria, British Columbia.

Blind Image also collaborated with Ken Gray of Meat Light Show and they did shows as Blind Meat Light Show.
