Jim Franklin

Jim Franklin was one of the key members of The Vulcan Gas Company at 316 Congress Avenue in the fall of 1967 which ran until 1970.

According to Lowell Fowler of High End Systems/Blackstone Jim Franklin also did the Light Show at Vulcan Gas Company.

Notably Gilbert Shelton also worked together at The Vulcan Gas Company.

In 1970 Armadillo World Headquarters was created at 525 1⁄2 Barton Springs Road with Jim Franklin, Eddie Wilson (Shiva's Headband) Mike Tolleson, Bobby Hedderman from the Vulcan Gas Company and Hank Alrich.

Jim Franklin is still an active Artist to this day.
