Currently I am aware of only a few events:

Santa Venetia Armory on December 29th, 1966 featuring Grateful Dead, Moby Grape and The Morning Glory

Santa Venetia Armory on January 13th 1967 featuring Big Brother, Moby Grape and The Morning Glory.

Santa Venetia Armory on May 12th 1967 featuring Tiny Hearing Aid Company, Old Gray Zipper, Flying Circus, Jungle Peach Blues Band, and Magenta Raindrop.
