Maynard Associates along with Frank n Stein along did shows at the Terrace Ballroom, Salt Lake City during 1967-1969 including groups like It's a Beautiful Day, Spirit, Sopwith Camel, Cleveland Wrecking Company, Flaming Groovies, Byrds, Steve Miller Blues Band, Iron Butterfly and a bunch more.
