Highlights (Nanaimo)

We *think* Highlights were from Nanaimo but are not 100% sure, do you know?

We've requested information on two different Facebook Groups containing between them over 8000 members from British Columbia and nobody has mentioned they know anything about Highlights (or any of the other Vancouver/Victoria Light Shows...) so currently (February 2023) they remain a mystery.
