Steve Seymour

Steve Seymour was the artist responsible for 29 of the posters/handbills done for Vancouver’s famous club Retinal Circus run by Roger Schiffer.

RC-PC-2 was produced by Magic Theatre Ltd
RC-PC-30 is unattributed, but is not a Steve Seymour design.
RC-PC-33 was produced by Frank Lewis.

As far as poster art goes, these are relatively obscure in comparsion to the epicenter of art that was San Francisco.

They are though, in our opinion, very individual and distinctive pieces of art.

Most of the artwork displayed below appeared on postcards advertising events at Retinal Circus.
