Living Color (Vancouver)

If we have got the connection correct Living Color was run by someone we currently only know as 'Doug' and worked with Mind Machine on a 'double Light Show' event due to the size of Kerrisdale Arena, Vancouver.

I am sure there is more to their story so can you please help?
