I can only find the one reference below for Bill Chiarmonte's Ultra-Light Show but he probably did more than one gig, stuff like this is incredibly hard to find!

We do not however know anything about him apart from he was (probably) from Wayne County in Michigan but as always, if you know him/knew him or know someone that does or did then please get in touch so we can tell his tale to the World.
