STOP PRESS *****NETWORK FAILURE*****STOP PRESS
For reasons outside our control this web site
was totally offline for nearly 9 hours today. The outage started at 00:26 GMT and lasted until around 09:15 GMT and took out the site and all our email capacity. This was due to our totally inept hosting company
losing not one, but both its DNS servers (duh..isn’t that supposed to be impossible?). I am totally pissed off about this as we were expecting a lot of visitors last night. We sincerely apologise to anyone that
tried to visit us during this outage but it really was totally out of our control. What pisses us off here the most, is that it took them so long to get the servers back up.

Well this damn thing has finally gone live after what seems like ages, I hope you like what’s here. It is currently running at 128 pages and to be honest this is only skimming the surface of what’s in pOoTers pSycheDelic shAcK archives.
There is truly masses more stuff to put into most of the sections and
I had hoped to get this done before we launched, but it got the stage where the launch kept getting pushed back and back as more stuff was put in.
Stay with it, hope you like it an come back soon.
18th October 2000 Chronikles
Please bear with me on this one, I have masses of stuff to put in and had
hoped to have it all done by the time we launched, but this has not happened.
My only excuse is that there is over 30 years of gigs, record releases, political events and other stuff to put in and there is
currently only 2 people working on this.......we WILL get there!!
If you would like to send pOoTer any reviews of gigs that you have been to, especially mid to late 60’s gigs then I would love to put these in and of course will credit you for any material.
In the same vein, if you have any scans of tickets, handbills or press cuttings that you would like to submit then please send these to pOoTer and we will give you credit for it.
October 2000 Have your say!!
The concept of this site is to encourage YOU to send stuff in with YOUR opinions to make things more interesting, you don’t want to keep reading reviews of what WE think of stuff do you?
We WILL publish any charts, reviews of books, records or gigs, discographies, artwork etc. that is relevant to this site please see HERE for submission criteria and FAQ.
Also if there is anything you would like to see here that is ‘on topic’ then drop a mail to pOoTer
